Zusammenfassung:The original approach to realization of an invariant optical-electronic measuring instrument of optical non-uniform surfaces speed is considered. Distinctive feature of the considered approach is the use of a two-channel method of the image analysis with the two-way filter application. The chosen procedure of signal processing in an electronic path allows to carry out adaptive correction of signals and to exclude signal influence in one of the channels on target parameters of the measuring device.
