Zusammenfassung: | This letter introduces our initial results of target coverage model in wireless visual sensor networks (WVSNs). In this letter, we develop the Q-coverage model for target detection which is a basis application in WVSNs, and propose a novel coverage degree (CD)-coverage model. First, we present a new concept of CD-coverage and formulate the CD-coverage problem. Further, we propose a harmony search-based coverage-enhancing (HS-CE) approach to obtain an approximate optimal solution for the CD-coverage problem. The extensive simulations show the validity of CD-coverage model and HS-CE approach. |
