Zusammenfassung:In this paper we generalize the notion of an implication groupoid and introduce ei-groupoid, and investigate related properties. We study the notion of filters in this structure and we give the construction of implication algebra from ei-groupoid. Finally, we prove that for distributive ei-groupoids filters coincide with ideals.
