Zusammenfassung:The electrochemical properties and high-density energy storage performance of graphene nano-platelet-based solid-state electrical double-layer supercapacitor device are reported. The graphene device is fabricated with electrolyte comprising of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIMBF 4 ) room temperature ionic liquid and LiClO 4 dopant entrapped within polymer matrix formulated as a gel.
