Reflections on My Association with the "Kappan"

A Canada-based writer for the Phi Delta Kappan publication recounts his 40-year association with the magazine. Many of the issues pertaining to education that he has addressed in his column since 1986 have been common to both the US and Canada but quite a number have been distinctly Canadian.
