Zusammenfassung: | This article presents the results of the study of the behavior of visitors in the monumental city of Girona, Spain. The focus of this study has been the classification of clusters of visitors who show the same behavior. We wanted to define the visitors' hierarchical conglomerates (those internally homogeneous and externally different groups) that will help to appreciate the subtleties in the apparent uniformity of the approach taken to visiting heritage sites. The groups of visitors will show specific needs, ways of looking, and behaviors. |
