Zusammenfassung: | The management of waste glass is one of the major problems faced by many cities around the world especially in densely populated cities like Gaza Strip. The main aim of this paper is to examine the behavior of cement mortar contains glass powder (GP) with other materials. Four series of cement mortar (A, B, C, and D) mixtures were considered in this paper; which have different percentages of fly ash, silica fume, superplasticizer, and styrene butadiene rubber; the Glass Powder (GP) were substituted by (15%, 20%, and 25%) of cement used. The results showed that as the glass powder in the samples increases, the percentage of compressive strength increases too with the exception of series D. The results showed that series (C) with 25% of the glass powder was the highest compressive strength. |
