Innocuous recurrent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy in a patient with uterus didelphys

The case of a 35-year-old woman who experienced recurrent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is presented. The bleeding was coming from the non-pregnant side, and a male infant was successfully delivered by c-section.
