Zusammenfassung:In 65 children aged 1·6-15 years with symptoms of chronic upper-airway obstruction transcutaneous oxygen and carbon dioxide tensions were monitored continuously during sleep. 36 children (55%) had hypercapnia, and 16 (24%) of these children also had hypoxia.
