Zusammenfassung:In this age of 'Technology Revolution' involving rapid scientific advancements and its dynamic impact to society, innovation is the pivotal key to techno-economic development. This paper focuses on the process of utilization of intellectual capital and investment of financial capital for technological innovation through the proposed Techno-Financial Empowerment Cycle, and discusses monopoly and competition from innovation perspective using period analysis.
