2.47 ADHD and Suicidal Ideation Among Children and Adolescents: The Mediating Role of Depression and Irritability

Previous studies indicate that ADHD increases the risk for suicidal ideation (SI) and acts but provides little insight into the reason for this association. This study examined whether depression, irritability, and anxiety symptoms, which often accompany ADHD, mediate between ADHD and suicidality.
