According to the Dunnet test (p>0.05), 15% of Glycerol showed the highest sperm viability (68.69±5.95%), while either 10% or 15% of Glycerol showed the highest percentage of sperm motility (88.36 ± 4.77) % and (85.45 ± 10.98) %, respectively. Ten percent of Glycerol was the optimum concentration to preserve sperm motility at -34 °C for 24 hours.
