Can Religion Be Democratic? A Philosophical Approach

Religion can be anti-democratic for some reasons as well as favorable to democracy for others. Herrmann proposes some philosophical presuppositions for a perspective from which the oppressing tendencies of religions can be avoided as well as their positive tendencies be taken account of.
