The 3He2+ beam of 200eμA has been provided by SC-ECR ion source with 20 keV acceleration voltage and as a result of feasibility test of 3He+deuteron (D)→proton(P)+4He fusion reaction, the protons of 14.67 MeV have been obtained in 0.5Hz successfully.
