Zusammenfassung:	This paper describes a gesture-based interaction photo album (GIA) device which stores and manages digital images. It provides a natural interface--as if you are turning the pages of a photo album using gestural input on a touch screen. We feel that emotional satisfaction is more important than efficiency in this kind of task and requires a more natural user interface that is easily learned by novices. GIA demonstrates an innovative convergence between the digital and the analogue in this respect. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
