Zusammenfassung:The One Strain Many Compounds (OSMAC) method was employed to explore the chemical diversities of secondary metabolites produced by Ceriporia lacerate HS-ZJUT-C13A, a fungal endophyte of Huperzia serrata. Four new furan derivatives 1–4 , together with a known compound, were obtained from the rice culture of the fungus. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed analysis of the spectroscopic data, especially 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. All compounds were evaluated for their acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity and antiproliferative activities against HeLa, HepG2, and SGC7901 cell lines.
