The simultaneous estimation of Amlodipine Besylate and Atenolol was done by RP-HPLC and in the optimized method the mobile phase consists of Acetonitrile: Potassium di hydrogen phosphate solution (0.01M, pH 3.0 adjusting with Ortho phosphoric acid): Methanol (15:30:55). Analytical Method Development And Validation For The Determination Of Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine Besylate And Telmisartan Hydrochloride In Multicomponent Tablet Dosage Form And In Biorelevant Media (FASSIF) By RP-HPLC Techniques. |
