69‐4: Invited Paper: A Programmable Capacitive Imaging Technique Using Multiple Sigma‐Delta Modulators for High SNR Touch Sensor and Pen

A capacitive sensing technique based on sigma‐delta modulation is presented. This architecture creates multi‐frequency drive and sense signals with high SNR. It enables concurrent and simultaneous self‐capacitive touch, mutual‐capacitive touch and capacitive pen.
