Zusammenfassung:The advent of telehealth and its increased utilization demands a corresponding increase in regulation for the protection of Nevada patients. Telehealth can provide specialized care to many who would normally go without, but precautions need to be taken. Patient safety should always be an important consideration when implementing new medical programs. Most states, including Nevada, have laws in place regarding telehealth; however, they are not uniform. Here, Gupta et al propose to amend the current NRS to require health care providers located outside the US.
