Where has HIV been hiding?
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a new development in AIDS research, can measure a mere one-to-ten HIV-infected cells present in a total of 100,000 uninfected cells. The findings from this latest development indicate that HIV-infected cells are likely to be found in lymph nodes.
