Professor Richard W. Jennings: A Tribute

The life and career of Professor Richard Wormington Jennings, who died August 9, 1999, is remembered. He will be remembered for his lasting contributions to the world of securities law as well as his more than 50 years of service to Boalt Hall and the University of California, Berkeley.
