description | Evaluation of blasting operations was performed in a mine of chalk-marls. The main objective was to obtain proper rock breaking technology aiming at decrease of seismic vibrations and rocks spread with simultaneous improvement of blasting efficiency. An integral part of the study was to prepare 3D model of exploited deposit as well as designing of blasting series including burden. On the basis of obtained results, several guidelines aiming at increase of blasting operations efficiency have been proposed. Przeprowadzono ocenę prowadzenia robót strzałowych w kopalni margli kredowych. Jej celem było ustalenie technologii urabiania, która doprowadziłaby do zmniejszenia poziomu generowanych drgań sejsmicznych oraz zasięgu rozrzutu odłamków skalnych, przy jednoczesnej poprawie efektywności strzelania w tym zwiększeniu objętości zabierki i optymalizacji ładunku MW. Integralną czę- ścią pracy było stworzenie trójwymiarowego modelu urabianej partii złoża oraz zaprojektowanie serii strzałowych z uwzględnieniem zabioru. Na podstawie wyników badań z zaprojektowanych serii strzałowych podano szereg wytycznych prowadzących do poprawy efektywności urabiania. |
