description | Paper presents the application of Taguchi method to evaluate and optimize the blasting conditions and to analyse of the impact of blasting parameters on created threats. Based on the Ishikawa diagram significant relationship among causes of adverse effects of blasts and sources of failures and malfunctioning of the blasting process of rock excavation were determined. Factors significantly affecting the process of drilling and blasting works were selected and measurments of blastings influence were presented. Przedstawiono wykorzystanie metody Taguchi do oceny i optymalizacji warunków strzelania oraz analizy wpływu parametrów strzelania na emisję drgań parasejsmicznych i rozrzutu odłamków skalnych. Za pomocą wykresu Ishikawy wskazano istotne związki, zachodzące pomiędzy przyczynami niekorzystnych efektów strzelania oraz ustalono źródła niepowodzeń lub nieprawidłowego przebiegu procesu wybuchowego urabiania skał. Dokonano selekcji czynników istotnie wpływających na proces robót wiertniczo-strzałowych i przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów oddziaływań w trakcie strzelań. |
