Zusammenfassung:Objective To analyze the changes in the constituent ratio of patients with malignant tumors among different age and gender groups in Hu’nan Cancer Hospital from 2007 to 2016, to provide a basis for further epidemiological studies. Methods The clinical data of hospitalized patients with malignant tumors from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2016 were collected. The constituent ratios of malignant tumors among different age and gender groups in the entire decade and two five-year periods (2007-2011 and 2012-2016) were analyzed. Results The number of patients with malignant tumors admitted to hu'nan Cancer hospital, including both male and female patients, had significantly increased over the past decade. The ratio of male to female patients was 0.9:1.1. The age of peak incidence of malignant tumors in the male was 55-64 years old and that in the female was 45-54 years old. The top five cancers in the male were lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, colorectal and anal cancer, liver cancer, oral and throat cancer
