The maximum shear strengths of the specimen with orthogonal walls and the one with a plywood as a shear wall were remarkably high. The maximum shear strengths during the tests were observed at from 1/75 rad to 1/30 rad, and the shear strengths disappeared over approximately 1/20 rad. However, the mortar layer did not fall off.
