Zusammenfassung:New method was developed for the synthesis of 2-hetaryl-2-(1-R-pyrrolidin-2-ylidene)acetonitriles by using a three-component condensation of hetarylacetonitrile, phosphorus oxychloride, and 1-R-pyrrolidin-2-one. This method is applicable to the synthesis of β-enaminonitriles containing azoles and six-membered azaheteroaromatic rings at the α-position relative to the nitrile group.
