Zusammenfassung: | With transgenic cotton cultivar (GK19) as the test material, Bt protein contents in different organs, main stem functional leaves at different growth stages and different positions of main stem leaves at different growth stages were studied to explore the temporal and spatial dynamics of Bt protein expression, thus providing a theoretical basis for planting of transgenic Bt cotton in the Yangtze river basin. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1Materials Transgenic Bt cotton GK19 was sown in April, with the row spacing of 0. According to the kit instructions, the standard protein was diluted into 1. The standard curve was established and the Bt protein content of samples per unit fresh weight was calculated. 1.3Data processing Data processing and statistical analysis were conducted using Excel 2007 and SPSS 13.0 software, 2 Results and Analysis 2,1 Bt protein content of different organs The Bt protein contents of transgenic Bt cotton in roots, stems and leaves at seedling stage, buds at full budding stage, flowers at full floweruig stage, and bolls at full boiling stage were detected, respectively. 2.2 Bt protein content of main stem йвдсйош! leaves at different growth stages To determine the difference in Bt protein content of main stem functional leaves among different growth stages of transgenic Bt cotton, the third top leaf that was fully expanded was collected at seedling stage, budding stage, fuff flowering stage and boiling stage, respectively, and the Bt protein content per unit fresh weight and total soluble protein content were determined. |
