Zusammenfassung:	A study investigated the effect of forced alcoholization of a single individual on the rank occupied by this individual in a group of healthy (not consuming alcohol) relatives and on the entire structure of the community. The significant role of isolation as a stress factor prolonging alcohol consumption is confirmed by the fact that it is the dominant individual who preferred alcohol to water after the forced alcoholization.
