Preliminary study on the efficacy of conversion surgery following intensive chemotherapy for initially unresectable pancreatic cancer

Method: Patients: The diagnosis and staging of PCs were made based on imaging studies including contrast-enhanced CT, MRI, and PET-CT. The URPC was defined by the presence of wide spread of a tumor to the major blood vessels or distant metastasis.
