This study has been conducted to analyze various educational opportunities and facilities for the special needs of students at University of the Punjab. The analysis of result revealed theoretical and practical implications for special students at higher education. It is concluded that satisfaction level of students with special needs from educational facilities and opportunities provided at the University was a bit more than average. This shows that needs and requirements of students with special needs are not neglected at the University.
