Zusammenfassung:Methods: Between 3/25/2014 and 9/30/2016, we conducted a retrospective cohort study among 87,019 consecutive hospitalized patients at a single tertiary care center in Boston, MA. Patients admitted to the medicine service versus surgical services, and patients admitted on the weekend or at night were more likely to report dyspnea during their first 12 hours in the hospital.
