Zusammenfassung:In this study, we queried chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-Seq) data available from public domains to uncover possible and novel transcriptional regulators of RXFP1 expression. Results: In the 5' untranslated region (UTR) of RXFP1, five loci predicted to be MafF binding sites were observed at positions -1,74,100, -1,67,758, -1,23,906, -62,606, and -24,446 upstream of TSS.
