description | Today, all organizations and companies with increasing intra-organizational complexity and financial burden resulting from a decline in productivity are required to use advanced computer systems so that they can compete with other firms and also they can by proper management of human resources and can outgo their rivals. On this basis, and given the importance of this issue, in this paper we tried to use existing rules to reduce this complexity and increase the efficiency of the system. Thus, another feature in addition to active was added to the active database called time, so that the total time of a day was divided into to three parts including working hours, overtime and outside official time and specific rules are considered for each one to reduce the costs of energy loss that is a non-return cost of an organization, and making some changes to increase staff productivity and customer satisfaction of the organization. |
