The author points to a necessity to refer in the cultural-social space to a transcendental basis of values, to the foundation of moral values, to the order of good and truth, and he warns against the dangers that are brought by a purely pragmatic approach in which the main role is played by legal regulations and actions that have an institutional-administrative character.
