According to the statistical results, the expression of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 did not correlate with age, gender, tumor size, amount of tumor and angiomatous types. Hemangioma of spleen was one benign tumor with a tendency of slow growth. Therefore, operation should be strictly selected, we recommend observation of patients with small, asymptomatic splenic lesions, which meet the radiologic criteria for hemangiomas.
