An improved BP neural network in evaluating organizational performance of financial enterprise: a "internet plus" perspective

Advances in information technology promote the rapid development of internet banking, as the expansion of information and the convenience of access to information, so that the customer's market awareness has been enhanced. Due to changes in customer needs and market characteristics, it also lead higher requirement for the adaptability and flexibility of financial enterprises. In this paper, the authors analyze an Improved BP neural network in evaluating organizational performance of financial enterprise. Through the empirical analysis, the result shows that organization innovation has a positive effect on firm performance. Cultural innovation, process innovation and structural innovation have different contribution levels to promote the organizational performance, the regression coefficient as 0.347, 0.305 and 0.311. In the process of organizational innovation, financial institutions need to strengthen the optimization of organizational structure and business process.
