Zusammenfassung:The number of semantic errors in the visual task also positively correlated with the length of the left (0.44) and right (0.51) hippocampi suggesting that the irregular extension of the hippocampus by its longitudinal axis lead to the increased number of false memories. Reduced volume of the tail of the left hippocampus yielded in the increased number of perceptual errors during the recollection of 10 words (+0.43) while the volume of the whole left hippocampus and its head revealed negative correlations with the number of semantic errors (+0.49 and -0.44) for the pairs of words test.
