E. coli O157:H7 biofilm was eliminated by Allium kurrat extract at 1/8MIC, while similar activity was observed at MIC of Eruca sativa extract. These results suggest the use of Allium kurrat and Eruca sativa extracts to control Escherichia coli O157:H7 biofilm. |
