OPTIMIZATION OF THE INJECTION PROCESS FOR A PLATE PART USING MOLD FLOW SOFT

Many times, in practice, the preparation of the injection process for new parts is time consuming. Using injection simulation software, we can reduce the time interval required for settings, the loss of material etc., thus optimizing the entire procedure. The studied part was made within a company from Bihor County and the problem was that the part broke when the mould opened (as in figure below).
