ChemInform Abstract: Silica Supported Lanthanum Triflate Mediated Synthesis of 5-Substituted 1H-Tetrazoles

Optimized reaction conditions including silica supported lanthanum triflate as the catalyst are developed for the cycloaddition between aromatic nitriles and sodium azide to produce various tetrazoles.
