Proteomic screening of nuclear proteins resolved by 2-dimensional electrophoresis followed by mass spectrometry and verification by western blotting was performed on nuclear fractions of human blood eosinophils treated with Dexamethasone (Dex) alone or in combination with IL-2 and IL-4.
