Zusammenfassung: | The continuous transformation scenery supported for the advance technological is becoming the organizations environment complex and competitive. This paper aims to analyze the changes occurred in the management process of the companies in patrimonial private security sector resulted by innovation, in the perception of the managers. The research it comes to the ends is descriptive and the quantitative and qualitative data used. Field and documentary research it comes to the ways to develop research. The interviews with the managers of security companies were used. The data showed that the perception of the managers through investments and the return gotten with the innovation is related to the system of electronic monitoring that reflect in the management processes generating great involvement of people to take care the demand to execution of services. This behavior is moving gradually although has conscience that the change exists and is part of day-by-day of organizations and flows in the private security sector. The consequences caused for the technological innovation had unchained a series of new functions and attributions in organizations of the sector: new departments had been created, space had been opened in the sector to professionals with profile differentiated demanding of companies an equally innovative position.
