Action de la Bléomycine sur l'Ultrastructure de Chromosomes Métaphyséques Lymphocytaires Humains

Bleomycin at concentrations from 0, 1, 1 to 10μg/ml causes the following aberrations: gaps, breaks, stretchings, occurrence of acentric, dicentric, tricentric chromosomes. After ulrastructural level, abnormalities and despiralisation of the chromosome fiber are noted.
