description | To maintain stable operation and quality of cloud system, enterprises are required to form quality management project team, providing highest-level stability and security of cloud system by applying concepts of quality management. For this reason, the study starts with the perspective of quality control to develop a set of key success models for evaluating cloud system management and quality maintenance. The study attempts to apply basis of QFD and integrate the requirement guidelines of each cloud system management and maintenance into improving factors related to PMMM, in order to explore the relevance between cloud system quality and project management process. Finally, the study discovers the 4 requirement guideline factors and the 5 project management process in cloud system management and maintenance through quality model analysis and case verifying results of the study, that shows significant impact level on the project team in the implementation of improving cloud system management and quality maintenance. |
