description For many risk events in civil engineering construction have the property of “the connotation is explicit, the extension is vague”, the influencing factors of civil engineering construction safety accident are measured with the membership degree in fuzzy mathematics. The weight of indexes of various influencing factors is calculated with the method of analytic hierarchy process, thus a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for civil engineering safety accident is given, which is a new qualitative and quantitative solution method and makes it become possible for the early warning of civil engineering construction safety accident. In the end, it is demonstrated with an actual example for the availability of the model in the early warning.
