The definition of styles in rock art has been a current objective in the field of archaeology. We are still for away, however, to built concept and analitical technics to help in the purpose of style definition. In this paper we persue a politetic definition of style, as it allows to stablish a solid formal control for a homogeneous and heterogeneous universe.
