The authors of the above-named article [ibid., vol. 48, no. 5, pp. 1138-1150, May 2013] used a different variable, t B , for the bias tuning knob in equation (3) as compared to in the rest of the paper. Using the consistent variable, V g, bias , for the bias tuning knob, the equation is revised.
