ChemInform Abstract: Temperature-Dependent Photoluminescence Properties of Deep-Red Emitting Mn4+-Activated Magnesium Fluorogermanate Phosphors

Deep‐red emitting Mg28Ge7.5O38F10:xMn4+ (x = 0.001—0.015) phosphors are synthesized by solid state reaction of Mg(CO3)4·Mg (OH)2·5H2O, MgF2, GeO2, and MnCO3 using CaF2 as a flux (alumina crucible, 1300 °C, 14 h).
