Le hip hop: une expression mineure

The author questions hip hop in terms of the idea of "minor literature" developed by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari. Linguistic deterritorialization, political immediacy, and collective enunciation are all ingredients of a minor expression that seems to be at work in hip hop culture. This is not an expression of second order, but a radical expression outside the established norms that questions the major arts in a "revolutionary" way.
