description In this paper, the metal-carbon mesoscomposites synthesis stages at the growth of metal atomic magnetic moment are considered with a chemical mesoscopic position. The process occurs at the charge’s quantization with the certain phase coherence and then with the chemical bonds’ formation because of interference as well as in the reduction–oxidation processes possible annihilation takes place. The process of pair electron division and the shift of electrons on the high atomic levels for metal are explained by the annihilation origin. In this case, the metal atomic magnetic moment growth is observed in the dependence on the number of the electrons which participates in reduction–oxidation (redox) process. The production of metal-carbon mesoscopic composites is carried out with the use of mechanic chemical interaction between microscopic particles of metal oxides and 208macromolecules of polymers at the active medium presence. At the mesoscopic composites production, the sign variable loadings are applied. These loadings are appeared at the grinding with subsequent pressing through pores in stream of heat inert gas. This stream throws out through the nozzle into a vapor phase containing a protective polymer solution.
